Riley's Ranch Pet Resort

I have been taking our dog (for daycare and grooming) and both our dog and cats for boarding at Riley’s Ranch since they first opened, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. The staff is incredibly welcoming and genuinely loving toward our animals. You can feel how much they care the moment you walk in. I always have complete peace of mind knowing my pets are not just well cared for, but truly loved while we’re away. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful, trustworthy place for boarding, daycare, and grooming. Riley’s Ranch is hands down the best around, and I wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else!

We have been sending our 1 year old pup here for a while now and we love it so much! She goes for daycare and we have also boarded her. She pulls me to go in the door in the morning and loves every second of being at Riley's. The staff is kind and patient and I feel they really know what they are doing with the dogs. We also get her groomed here and I have never been so happy with the care and time they put in to making our pup feel comfortable and safe during that process. The groomers take extra care to make sure the dogs are calm and ready for their cuts. I am so so happy with Rileys, I would recommend them to anyone!

Honestly, I am shocked at the complete disregard for my dogs wellbeing here, as well as the total lack of follow up for my concerns. I booked a week-long stay for my puppy that started on Sunday. Yesterday (Thursday) I picked my puppy Atreides up early, as he was bleeding from his eye. He left with multiple injuries, including one of his teeth being knocked out. Not only that, but he now has fleas as well. Complete and total negligence of the staff. I thought this would be a good place for him to be, but it seems like somehow the business has convinced others that had a poor experience not to leave a bad review, because I don't think it's possible that there's this many five-star reviews given the condition that my dog left this establishment. On top of that, I was charged extra without any explanation, and after speaking to someone on the phone just now, I've been told no one will be reaching out to me until Monday. This isn't something that can wait until monday, given that my dog now has contracted flead because of staying at this place. I need a solution today. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

We LOVE Riley's Ranch but more importantly our pup, Sunny, loves the ranch 😀 He's a quirky guy with lots of baggage and they treat him so well and give him exactly what he needs! They pay such great attention to the dogs and make each day so fun for them! We use the daycare and boarding services and are so happy he has such an amazing place to be when we go away!

Riley’s Ranch has been amazing in caring for my pup. I had to go out of town last minute and they were able to get him in, it was his first time boarding and Kelly and the staff was so helpful and kept me updated throughout his stay. He recently went back for daycare and again he had so much fun. They always take the cutest pictures and I love seeing him play with other pups. I would highly recommend Riley’s Ranch to anyone looking for a daycare or boarding facility!
