Hounds Lounge Pet Resort and Spa - Bryant

Thanks Hounds Lounge🙂 Our 2 Cavapoos and our old contrary bulldog are always excited to come stay and play! But they are wore out when they get home! I love that I don’t have to worry about them while I’m gone. Thank you again!

Update on review - Since writing my original review, I visited more with the staff and watched my dog play. It may seem like alot but after more research decided to go with them. My boy, Aspen has been attending daycare for several months and LOVES IT! He has made friends and his bestie is a great Dane pup named Caspian. Aspen is always tired when I pick him up but is happy! The staff is awesome there and feel takes care of by boy. I jumped to conclusions before really giving it a chance and are sorry for that. I would recommend Hounds Lounge in Bryant as is clean and has staff that truly love furbabies!! ______________________________________________________________ The staff was super friendly and helpful, but was shocked when found out they had 100 dogs there that day! I was told my furbaby did good at first but was shy in afternoon and that didn't seem like him so I asked how many dogs are here today and was told around 100....any dog would be overwhelmed by that number. It seems would be hard to manage that many plus take away from play with so many too.

We boarded our dog at Hounds Lounge in Bryant from Wednesday morning until Sunday while we were out of town. We dropped him off around 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday and planned to pick him up Sunday evening. I didn’t realize they closed at 5 p.m. on weekends instead of 7, so we were running behind after a long 8-hour drive. The young lady who called us at 5:03 was super understanding and kind about the mix-up, which I really appreciated. The only issue I had was that they never mentioned the 24-hour rule — apparently, if you don’t pick your dog up before the exact drop-off time on the final day, you’re charged for an additional day. That wasn’t explained when we dropped him off, and as first-time customers, it would’ve been really helpful to know. We totally understood the late pickup fee since that was our mistake, but clearer communication about the 24-hour policy would’ve saved some confusion. Other than that, everything else was great! Our dog seemed happy, clean, and well cared for when we picked him up, and the staff was friendly and professional the entire time. You can tell they really love the animals they look after.

Great place! Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. This was my babies first boarding experience and they seemed to be really comfortable and happy … not at all stressed when I picked them up after their 10 day stay. Additionally the staff provided information about their stay and comments about their behavior that I recognized and was an indication to me that they had been very observant and watchful to ensure my babies were ok. I really appreciated that. The charges for boarding were a little steep for me but seem to be in line with the other “top tier” boarding places and worth it for the peace of mind it gave me. “Hounds Lounge” in Bryant came highly recommended to me by a co-worker “Michael Catanach” who also boards his puppy there. It was only because of his very high opinion and recommendation that I chose to board my babies there. I think it would be good if “Hounds Lounge” gave perks to frequent boarders that make referrals to them😊❤️. A Big “Thank You” to all the Bryant staff that ensured my babies were well cared for and allowed me to enjoy my trip knowing they were happy and well taken care of😊

This is a place u can COUNT ON! I am SO GRATEFUL for Hounds Lounge. They give me a place where I can take my dogs and get some work done all the while they aren't SLEEPING all day, they are PLAYING! THIS is my Sammie when I pick him up AND also him at bedtime after a day at Hounds Lounge! Great prices. Nice people. Stellar idea! ❤️ 🐾
