Hounds Town Charlotte - NoDa

My dog loves this place! The staff are very friendly and know all of the dog guests and owners by name. I love that my huge dog is worn out after being there for a few hours playing with dog and puppy friends. The option of having her bathed and having a nail trim is great too!

My pup Lola had been attending daycare here for a few weeks now and I feel as if it’s time to leave an honest review. Customer service : The first day of daycare there was a hiccup and the staff at houndstown were very quick to resolve the issue and make sure it did not reoccur. They have been absolutely phenomenal in their care for my pup and I am always greeted with smiles and warmth from the front desk. Iv always been very picky about who takes care of my furbaby but I can say my dog has always been returned to me happy and safe. She’s always happy to see the caretakers and seems to have a blast while there. The ladies up front are always asking how my day went and how my pup is doing and always give great feedback on the friends she made that day. Cleanliness : they do an amazing job at making sure the lobby area is clean and smelling as fresh as possible! My pup is always returned to me fully wiped down after daycare so she smells and feels amazing I have only gotten a townie bath once so far but the quality of the bath is amazing coming from someone who can be quite picky when it comes to cleanliness. I made sure to come back and tip the bather for their phenomenal and thorough job. Overall rating : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Again I’m very nervous about who I leave my pup with but houndstown has proven they put care and time into all the pups here and treat them as their own, I’m more than comfortable trusting everyone here with my baby and will continue to do so!

My wife and I are huge fans of Hounds Town in Noda. We don’t board our dog often but when we board her here, the entire experience is exceptional. They’re communicative via phone or email, at drop off they accommodate to specifics of your dog, and they’ll send you updates and pictures of your pet (upon request). Our dog seems to love it and we never have concerns after picking her up. Highly recommend Hounds Town Noda.

Love Julia and the other girl in front desk. They walk me through the process to help my baby girl to cope with the loss of her older brother. So happy ! 😀 happy and tired 🥱. We love this place

Great first time experience! Diesel seemed to absolutely love his time at Hounds Town Noda. He was trying to go back inside the minute we walked out! Good sign. Everyone was very welcoming and informative. We also did a grooming. So he looks, feels and smells great! You get your first day of daycare free and half off grooming! Very sweet gesture! Greatly appreciated and we will be back soon! Thank you guys for loving our pup! See ya soon.
