(from Google)My senior dog loved being at Pets and Company in their Senior Dog/ medical needs boarding program. Macallan is a14.5 years old West Highland White Terrier with serious heart and lung issues. He is extremely well controlled on meds (thank you Dr Cecilia Marshall, doggy cardiologist at VSS, Manchester, MO) taken at four different time points each day. The staff at Pets and Company assured me this would not be an issue and their senior dog program was perfect for my little chap and his plethora of pills. He was with them for approximately. 20 days and he looked great when I picked him up. I was very happy with the service they provided and the updates of photos and meals eaten. The photo of Macallan was sent to me by Pets and Company and when I saw it, I knew he was having a fantastic time. It is hard to believe he is 14.5 years old dog with a dicky ticker and dodgy lungs but he responded like a champ to Vetmedin and Sildenafil prescribed by Dr. Marshall. Thank you again for looking after my senior dog. He loved his stay with you and will be back.
If you're looking for a top-notch doggie daycare, look no further than Pets & Company! From the moment I walked in, it is clear that this place is a haven for dogs and their owners. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making both pets and their humans feel welcome and comfortable. The facility is clean, spacious, and filled with engaging activities to keep dogs entertained and stimulated. I am particularly impressed with the personalized attention my dog receives, including playtime tailored to his energy level and social preferences. The daycare offers a variety of enrichment programs, and it’s evident they genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of each pup. Additionally, they post regularly on social media so I can see how much fun Cooper is having. When I pick him up, he is happily exhausted and has clearly made some new furry friends. Pets & Company has become Coopers favorite place, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the care and attention he receives. I highly recommend Pets & Company to any dog parent looking for a safe, fun, and loving environment for their four-legged family member!
Pets and Company has been my dogs second home since she was a little puppy. 4 years later she is still jumping out of the car running to the door to see her friends! With ample activities my dog comes home happy and tired. The staff is number one and keeps the place clean and always a smooth drop off and pick up. Highly recommend.
The staff and services are great. I’ve tried all other places in the area and my dog is always excited and happy to go there. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I do the 3d/week daycare and it’s a good price. I drop him at 7am and pick him up at 6pm, feel completely comfortable that he’s in good hands. I get cute photos of him almost every day. See below photos. He’s better behaved at home for the socialization and exercise. Our dog and family are happy here.
my two bulldogs has been going there almost a year now… But I have had my concerns and I wanted to lay out if they were true we’re not… Come to find out they are… They are cage most the time they are at daycare, and when they are out playing they get put in “ timeout” as morgan called it. if they were put in “time out” why would was I never contacted if something happened… My two-year-old bulldog is the sweetest little thing ever and my niece and nephew can pull her ear off and she would be okay with it. last night I was doing my research and reading the Google reviews… Come to find out my assumptions were completely true… When I would bring them in, my bulldog would try to pull away from them just to not go in there. i went on my lunch to bring them some ice cream. and seen my girl sitting in the corner… Mind you my bulldog loves the pool so much. at my moms house I literally had to put her in the house because she loves the pool so much that she just barks at it. I noticed when I started picking her up that she would jump out of my car to go potty and run up to my door just to get a drink of water… Which made me think that my concerns were real. and then when I picked her up she would have full of eye boogers… Which means that she was sleeping most of the day. probably because she was in “time out”. I truly believed in this company and trusted them… I was completely wrong… Beware please keep an eye on your babies. i truly believe this is animal abuse and i am lost at word
