Goin' To the Dogs

I would give no stars if i could I really thought I had found my forever groomer with Goin to the Dogs. We’ve been there about 5 times, usually every 2–3 weeks just for nail trims, and we always loved coming there… until today. I called because them this morning only because Google said they were closed today, and I wanted to make sure they were actually open before driving out there. I also wanted to ask about getting my dog’s nails trimmed and possibly scheduling a bath and ear cleaning. The woman who answered the phone had a very rude attitude from the start. She told me to “come in after 10 and before 2,” and when I started to ask if I needed an appointment, she hung up on me before I could even finish speaking. No “bye,” no “anything else you need today?” , just hung up. If the stress is that bad, maybe customer service or grooming isn’t the right job. My dog has been traumatized before by stressed, angry, and unhappy groomers, and I refuse to put her through that again. Sadly, we will not be coming back. We’re going to try Ruff Cuts today and hope for a much better experience. Also, whoever answers the phone really needs a better attitude. Customers and their pets deserve kindness and respect.

We took our 13 week Golden Doodle in today and they did an amazing job! He only got the puppy cut so not a full body cut but his face looks so much better now that you can see his eyes. Makayla was so sweet ! We will definitely be back!

My 5lb, 19-year-old Yorkie, Missy has been going to this establishment since 2010. They have always done an excellent job with her grooming. Now that she's up in years and has arthritis, I am only having her nails and the anal expression done. They are very gentle when handling her. Tho they haven't been as personable since they moved to their now location, I would not trust another salon for any service needed for my dog, Missy... too they listen to your needs and their prices are very reasonable!

Loved Major's new style by Taylor. Major is new to professional grooming, and I appreciated that she took the time to work with him and help him feel comfortable. Thank you!

Great groomers. They take care of my G-doggy and their very compassionate and caring with the dogs. He loves going there. He knows after I pick him up he going straight to Starbucks for a pupcup.
