The Shaggy Dog Inc.

We took our cat and dog here. Though it was to expensive they do excellent work here. They make sure to clean kennels and take dogs out.

The folks at shaggy dog were easy to communicate with, they got our dogs in for grooming very quickly. They came home looking like brand-new dogs. They were fresh and clean, trimmed up, and HAPPY! Price was as expected for all we were asking them to do for us.

Outstanding care! Dogs were happy when we picked them up. Super friendly and personable people there. I highly recommend!

I don’t even want to give a 1 star! This place used to be good, but I’ve stopped going only because there is 1 person I will never allow to my dogs. I brought them to there appointment 5 minutes early, was needing to get to work, and the lady behind the counter threw her hands up and slammed them on the counter. I’ve dealt with this lady before and I brushed it off the first time thinking she was just having a bad day, second time, there’s something wrong. I have spoken to the owner and she’s very nice! She’s the one that made the appointment for me!

Great place! I really trust them with our dogs. I continue to board our dogs there because I couldn’t find a place in Salem I really felt comfortable with. Our dogs are a handful to deal with at times and they always do a great job!
