PetsHotel Daly City

I will post this on the store reviews, too. I had to leave for 10 days and couldn't find anywhere else to keep my dog after the dog sitter I initially planned on said they couldn't do it anymore. After searching for weeks my boss told me to check petshotel out. My dog is reactive to other dogs so I was worried. I was instantly proud and happy when she turned out to be one of the happiest pups in the whole hotel! The most expensive room and package is a great deal with great amenities for my little 7 pounds chihuahua mix to be happy and healthy. For what I recieved, I find it very worth every dime. The option to have your own food, along with the play time add ons and puzzle toy treats (Kong filled with peanut butter or pumpkin) are amazing!! And the team, oh my god. They were amazing. Some of the best, nicest and friendliest people I've met. Please never stop doing what you love, because you guys have that special talent for caring for animals. YOU guys made this hotel experience the best one EVER!! Thank you, from Brittney and Button

I felt sad leaving my dog, but she was in great hands. The staff are great.

Had a 7am grooming appointment. Called the day before confirming my appointment, and everything seemed OK till we got there and told the groomer called in sick should if got a call... I got nothing, not even a sorry for a trip wasted.

Pets Hotel is a great fall-back in the event your regular sitter can’t make it, or you’ll be out of town for extended periods of time.

We left our dog Bailey ( A 90lb lab/hound mix) here for three nights while on vacation here in San Francisco. The staff was really friendly and explained everything to us. Bailey had 8 hours of play time each day, a kong with treats inside each day and they gave her a bath and nail trim before we picked her up. Not all Pet Smarts offer the boardimg service but we will always check there first in whatever area we are vacationing in.
