The Pampered Pet Lodge @ Dutch Heritage Farms

I have a rescue dog with dog reactivity, and Pampered Pet and Denise have done everything to prepare her for boarding with socializing visits. My dog is now relaxed and handling the nearby kenneled dogs with minimal to no stress. Can't imagine a better place to leave her. Denise is kind and dedicated, and knows how to manage dogs with insight and personal caring. The facilities are spotless.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog, Bucky, received from Pampered pet Lodge! From the moment we dropped him off, the staff made us feel completely at ease. They were friendly, professional, and clearly love what they do. Bucky can be a little shy at first, but he warmed up so quickly thanks to the team’s patience and kindness. We got regular updates and photos, which really helped us relax while we were away. It was easy to see that he was having a great time playing, cuddling, and getting lots of attention. When we picked him up, he was happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. The facility was clean, safe, and welcoming. I’m so grateful to have found a place where Bucky feels comfortable and loved. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we need boarding. Thank you so much for treating Bucky like one of your own! 🐾

I just adopted a GSD five weeks ago and had to find a day care for him for a day. We came for a meet and greet session first, and then Zeus returned and stayed a day. Denise and her assistant took such a good care of my dog. He came home happy and calm. We loved the place - “ Pampered Pet Lodge”. Denise is very professional and takes time to get to know your dog.

Denise at The Pampered Pet Lodge is absolutely wonderful! She has cared for my dog Sophie long-term on two different occasions, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Denise provided excellent care, monitored Sophie’s medications carefully, and kept me updated with photos and videos so I always knew how she was doing. Her facility is very clean and creates a welcoming, safe atmosphere that put me completely at ease. I never had to worry while Sophie was there, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in such great hands. I highly recommend The Pampered Pet Lodge and will definitely be bringing Sophie back for all of my future boarding needs!

My pup recently had a serious surgery that requires a pretty intense medication regimen and limited/restricted movement. I had to travel for a family wedding and was so nervous about leaving him in a new place. Denise and her team took such incredible care of him welcoming him into their home. I called probably 15 vets trying to find a medical boarding facility and am so grateful I finally found pampered pet lodge! She took care of him like he was her own dog, even staying up with him late into the night due to his separation anxiety. Communication was great and she sent frequent updates and pics while I was away. I can’t speak highly enough of this incredibly qualified, compassionate, and caring team. Thank you again!!!
