Pawsome Park and Lodge

Terrible Service. I booked a reservation for day care at 6:30am on a Saturday. It was confirmed by text from the person I booked with over the phone. She confirmed it was scheduled on their calendar and so did another gentleman that I spoke to about the behavior test. No one showed up. When we called, they said they never had our reservation but that someone would be there at 8am. We waited until 8:20am and still no one showed up. We called multiple times and no one answered, left several messages with no response. It resulted in us having to have a member of our family wait in the car for over an hour while we attended a very important family event at 9am. We had plans to go out with family for several hours afterward for brunch and could not due to the circumstances. We took numerous steps to ensure our dog would be taken care of including registering him in Ginger, driving 2 hours round trip to pass a behavior test earlier in the week, and multiple phone calls coordinating the behavior test and confirming things. Our dog was miserable in the car, our family member was super disappointed missing the important event, and we were very bummed we couldn’t go out with our extended family to celebrate after the event. We didn’t even receive any acknowledgment or apology about the screw up. Completely ghosted! I do not recommend this place if you expect a professional business and people who care about your pet.

I have been impressed with Pawsome from the very start. The owner, Rachael, showed me around the lodge and all they are doing to create a fun and safe indoor space to play and learn. Our little dog attends daycare once a week to socialize and is always so excited when I tell her we are headed to "Doggy Drop"! Each staff member is friendly, caring, and treats these furry clients as their own. When we eventually need overnight boarding, I love that our dog will know exactly where she is and who is caring for her. Pawsome is family!

The employees were great. I felt very comfortable after leaving our first meet & greet. They were really good about texting updates about my dog (with pictures) and I had 24/7 access to the live in house video the whole time. My fur baby came home and pretty much slept for 24 hours. :) I will be using them again for sure & I’d definitely recommend them to friends & family!

Our dog, Gizmo, loves going to Pawsome Park and we love the great photos they send us while he’s there. As soon as Gizmo realizes we’re near Pawsome Park, he starts trying to drag us over… right on up to the dog drop door. Everyone there takes great care of him!

My husky puppy had a great experience. I had an overnight event downtown and needed to board him and would highly recommend this location. I live far where I have to take a ferry across the water to get to seattle/everrett area. Unfortunately because of the ferry system and events occurring downtown the boats were over an hour late. With this location I had initially put a request to drop off my dog at 3pm Saturday and pickup Sunday afternoon. But due to the ferry system I was very late but luckily The company was very accommodating and were understanding of the traffic situations I sadly didn't reach the location until 8pm, happily They have someone at the location 24/7 to watch all the pups and help take my dog in for the night. They keep you updated with texts and photos of your doggy so you know they are safe and even have a live cam you can monitor your dog with. He received spoiled treats and a lot of exercise and socialization. He could play all day. Picking him up was smooth as well. They gave me a update of his night He passed out on the way home tail still wagging. Picking him up he looked happy and excited 10/10 would recommend and go again
