Stan is amazing! Really cares for the animals, is friendly and quick to respond. Very reliable.

I was very impressed with Stan and his setup. Yes, it's a bit rustic, but these are cats—they don't need luxury! This was my top choice after researching extensively for several reasons: #1 Indoor/outdoor environment: The cats get fresh air and the feeling of being outdoors while staying safely enclosed. This setup is rare and enriching for them. #2 Cat door training: I wanted my cats to learn to use a cat door, and Stan's facility makes this possible. #3 Unbeatable value: The cost cannot be beat anywhere else in the state unless you have a friend willing to do it for under $15/day or free. #4 Great communication: Stan sends photo and video updates and is very attentive. #5 No-fuss service: Drop off your cat and their belongings, and Stan handles the rest. It's straightforward and stress-free. I'll absolutely be bringing my cats back to Stan. Highly recommend!

Do not ever use this place! I wouldn’t have even given it 1 star but had to on google review! The owner was so rude and the place is filthy and run down! It was the worst experience of my life! Stan the owner cannot even hear and was very unprofessional when I was asking questions! We have an F1 Bengal kitten and I wanted to make sure he had experience with the breed because they are very active cats. When I told him he’s quick to get out doors, Stan stated, “Well if he gets out, he gets out.” Glad I went and checked it out first!

Excellent boarding service. I loved that my grumpy old cat was able to enjoy a studio that let her look outside and have multiple levels to climb around. I was able to leave a blanket for her so she had some smells from home. Photo updates via text also helped me feel good about boarding my cat here for a week. She's back home in perfect health and condition.

Josh L. here. The happy cat retreat was great for my two kitties! I just returned home from a weeks trip and the two of them are calm and happy as can be. The staff are incredibly kind and caring and they answer all of your questions without hesitation. My kitties loved the outdoor space and the indoor play time. They may both be crazy rascals, but I think that Happy Cat knows exactly how to care and love for any kitty. I would suggest this retreat for everyone, especially those who have anxiety about typical cat hotels you might find in a big city. All in all, wonderful people, wonderful care, and a wonderful setting that my kitties loved!
