DePAW Pet Resort

DePaw has been amazing for my dog Coach! He does Packademics here and it is so good for him! They give him the personalized attention and actives to make sure he gets the enrichment he needs! I have boarded him here several times as well and it has been great! There is someone on site 24/7, detailed reports on what he does every day and lots of pictures! They are so good with my sweet, but sometimes crazy, boy and I’m so glad I found this place!

I left my hamster at DePaw for small mammal boarding. They had convenient early hours so I could drop him off at a time that worked for me. They have a separate room for small mammals. The staff were all great and really seem to like animals. I got daily updates on my little guy, and he was in tip top shape when I picked him up.

DePaw has been amazing for our French Bulldog. We’ve done both training and daycare and have had great experiences with both. The staff is fantastic and always so welcoming for drop off. I rarely write reviews anywhere but I felt the need to share just how amazing the staff has been at DePaw Pet Resort in Geneva!! Our dog is super anxious, and has a lot of unique behaviors, making it previously very stressful and difficult for us to travel out of town. After finding DePaw, and having such a hands on and loving staff, we feel such a sense of relief knowing our dog is in the best possible care. Our pet enjoys it here so much he now attends daycare and jumps for joy when we pull into the parking lot. Thank you to the staff at DePaw for taking such wonderful care of our boy and truly making such a positive impact in our everyday life.

Cannot say enough great things about DEPAW. We have done one on one training with Grace, who is so knowledgeable and a really sweet person. We've done pack walks led by Deb, who really knows her stuff and makes dog training fun. Additionally, we have trusted our pup to board with DePAW countless times over the last year and have really enjoyed getting to know the staff and they take such great care of the dogs. Highly recommend this facility for ANYTHING per related!
