Dogtopia of Broad Ripple

Needed boarding for a weekend trip. You could tell they cared about every dog that came in like family! It was a great comfort being able to watch our dog on camera while we were away. Will definitely use this location again!

I’ve been taking my dog to Dogtopia Broad Ripple for a while, and wow — the difference since new management took over is amazing. It used to feel a little unorganized, and I didn’t always feel confident leaving my dog there because the staff didn’t seem well-trained. Now it’s a completely different place! It’s always clean and welcoming. The team is friendly, communicative, and you can tell they actually care about the dogs. They plan fun events, keep things running smoothly, and my dog always comes home happy and tired. I finally feel comfortable and trust that he’s in great hands. Huge improvement — thank you to the new management and staff for turning things around! 🐶💛

Our dog, Obi, absolutely loves going to Dogtopia! The staff are really so kind and caring, and they seem to care about our pup like he were their own. Obi comes home on the days he goes to daycare and is absolutely wiped out. He waits by the door every morning to load up, even though he only goes a few times a week. 😊 ALSO! I love the activities like pictures and bone broth popsicles that they coordinate—such a good idea for a treat and enrichment. Thanks, Dogtopia!

PLEASE do not send your dog here if you care about their wellbeing. I decided to send my dog here for one day and she came back scared, covered in feces and with bloody paws. I watched the cameras they set up and the dogs lay around a hard cold floor and they are allowed to use the bathroom right on the ground. The staff sit on their phones the entire time. When I came to pick my dog up and asked what had happened to her, they made it seem like it was her fault for getting so disgusting. I immediately canceled my monthly membership, and this location will not return my phone calls and repeated messages for my large amount of money back. They told me a “billing lady” would contact me and I have not heard a word from them in weeks. I am still leaving them messages trying to get my money back. Do not send your dog here if you want terrible customer service, scammers and abusive dog care.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dogtopia Broad Ripple! I waited until after a few visits to leave a review, and honestly our experience has been great. My girl Lucy comes home SO tired at the end of the day, and I love being able to check in on her throughout the day using the webcams in the app. (She also doesn’t leave smelling terrible, which is a big plus for me! With our previous doggy daycare place we always had to time daycare days with bath days because she would leave smelling so bad - but not at Dogtopia!) Like most places they split dogs by size (which is great!), and I really like the 2 hours of downtime (dogs in crates, floors cleaned, etc.) at midday, as it helps give all the pups a mental and physical break from one another to avoid overstimulation. The staff have all been super friendly and helpful when I’ve had questions, and I definitely plan to keep bringing her back. :)
