Excellent service, highly recommended. I loved how they left my dog - you can really see the care, patience, and professionalism. Not just anyone can properly bathe and groom a dog, and they truly know what they're doing. They treat pets with love and respect, and the final result was amazing. I will definitely be coming back

DO NOT GO HERE Went in September for a grooming appt for my 35lb mini golden doodle, they charged $130 before tax, I asked if the price was correct because it seemed a little steep. They called me back after speaking with the owner & said I was right & would receive a $30 credit on my account. Just took my dog back & they informed me they have no record of the credit. I was told, “I’m not sure why there are prices on our website, because each groomer charges what they feel is right”. They have no rhyme or reason as to what they charge their customers. Extremely unprofessional, poor customer service, unorganized business. Wish we never went the first time, & certainly wish we never gave them a second chance. (Previously went to Purrfect Paws Grooming in Pearl River where they charged $80 for him(would recommend))

Our pup Shea loves Papaw’s and we do too!! Iggy has been consistently grooming our toy poodle for about a year and never disappoints. He always pays attention to detail and communicates with us. We love Marcel and his business!

Took my mini-schnauzer there for grooming, not the first or last time. He looks great and was so happy when I picked him up. They did a great job with grooming. It always feels good to pick him up when he looks like he had fun and is happy. Already made his next appointment in December!

I love this place for its punctuality and its way of doing business. A clean and reliable place. I was fortunate enough to come across this place and decided to try it out, and I've been using their services for a year now. My dog, Teddy, feels comfortable and calm when I take him to get his haircuts, and the owner always helps me by giving me advice and recommendations for my dog. Besides Marcell (the owner) gave Teddy his first toys. 😍 that was very sweet from him. I will definitely stay with them and recommend them to any friend.
