🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴 out of 🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴 bones!!! I absolutely love Downtown Dogs and take my dog to both the Palo Alto and San Jose locations. The care and communication are consistently excellent at both. The team is clearly trained in dog behavior and takes the time to observe and work with each dog. As the owner of a restricted breed, that patience and experience has made all the difference for us—something I haven’t found elsewhere in the Bay Area. A special shout‑out to Monique, who works across both locations. Seeing her when dropping my dog off for boarding is always reassuring. She clearly knows each dog by name and temperament, and the care she gives—along with the way she leads and supports the team—really stands out. The updates, photos, and enrichment activities (including adorable birthday celebrations!) are fantastic. Downtown Dogs is a place I trust completely with my pup, and I’m incredibly grateful for the entire team.

Great place for your dog. Warm and enthusiastic staff. Great dog friends for your pal to play with all day. Great food and treat options if desired. My dog comes home happy and well exercised. And, you can even get a bath/grooming while your dog is there. Check them out!

My dogs love it here! They take excellent care of my two. I was really happy about the screening process. As they take extra care to vet all of the dogs and ensure a safe environment. I love the option for add-ons, the newsletter, and the fun seasonal photo opps. This is truly as good as a human daycare, and I’m so happy to have found Downtown Dogs!

My dog has loved every minute at Downtown. He's a wild fun puppy who started around 6 months old. He always enjoys his human and fur friends. We live 20 miles north which is rough doing twice a day. I have options closer, but the other facilities just don't offer the personalized loving service and care.

I tried out a few doggie daycare places before finding downtown dogs. My dog is super friendly but very shy. They understood her and helped her feel comfortable and have fun! It also has made me comfortable leaving her at downtown dogs. The staff are all amazing! Now she gets excited when we turn on the street and she’s pulling me in to go play! Highly recommended downtown dogs!
