Holiday Kennels

You can trust them with your pet care. I have been leaving my dog with them from the past 2 years. They intake all kinds of dogs with temper too. Peace of mind when my pet is with them.

I have board my Orange wing amazon parrot for at least 15 years. They do an unbelievable job of caring for Nicky and keeping her entertained even tho she is a loud mouth at times. I never worry about her while I'm traveling because the staff is so careful of caring for her. I would recommended holiday kennels to anyone who needs a safe & caring place to leave their lived ones.

Updated review: I debated updating this but after picking up our dog after her second stay, I’m not a fan of how we were treated. When I called to schedule her stay, I had a great experience with the woman over the phone. I asked her if there were specific drop off times to abide by, she kindly told me as long as they are open, there’s no limitation or fees outside of that. Their google hours showed open from 8:30-5:30. Google is what I use since it’s how I route myself there. We showed up at 12:30 to drop off and were met with a woman who was very irritated with us. She repeatedly told me I should have checked the website and I would have known they closed for two hours (11:30-1:30) otherwise there is a fee. I told her I based it off my phone call and the google hours. Again, we were only met with annoyance. Had I been aware of the closure, I would have shown up before. It wouldn’t have been a problem. We are thankful she opened the door and accepted our dog. She could have not returned our call. So we appreciate that even though we weren’t met with kindness. Before we left the parking lot, I suggested an edit to their hours on Google to help them and other clients out. It was accepted almost immediately. So the correct hours are reflected now. I wanted to let it go and move on as it was just a miscommunication, but it was brought up again at pickup to my husband. “Your wife should have checked the website.” -another woman who was also clearly not happy about it. Outside of this, we had only had really positive experiences with the staff and they seemingly take really great care of our dog. This is unfortunate and I cannot help but feel a bit turned off by it. Original review: 5/5 Very grateful for Holiday Kennels! They took our husky in for a week long stay very last minute (the day of) when our other arrangement cancelled on us. And they were able to accommodate her an extra day. The rates are the best you will find in the area and the people are very kind! I was worried about our dog because she can get anxious when we leave her but she seems happy and was well taken care of. We will use this kennel again in the future.

Leaving your dogs for a few days is not easy for anybody, especially when your dogs are very close to you as April and Bianca are to me and my wife. However, Holiday Kennels does a great job taking care of them. For that reason, we wouldn’t leave them in any other boarding. Rusty and the rest of the team are amazing. Our dogs love them! During weekends, my wife and I send them messages asking for pictures, and they will send them right away! The bath and nails service is also really good (and the best price in the neighborhood).

I’m so happy I found this place! Royce is usually stand off-ish with strangers and doesn’t like to interact with other dogs, so I’m particular with where I send him when I need to travel. But I’ve used Holiday Kennels twice now and seeing how much they care about the animals and how much Royce likes to come here and see the people, it lets me know i have nothing to worry about! They truly care about your pets and their well being. I already have Royce’s next stay booked!
