Best Friends Pet Hotel

My dog is always happy to go and also happy when I come to get her. I’ve used Best Friends for boarding and day care. We’ve never had any issues and staff is always nice.

Lucky and Rachael had a spa day today. They even got some playtime in the daycare while they were waiting their turns. They came back clean and looking fresh just in time for Valentine's Day. The groomer took the time to listen to what I wanted and I appreciate that a lot. We also appreciate all the love and attention the staff gives our pets. Thanks a lot!

I have been a loyal customer with this business since 2016 and lately the staff has been changing tremendously despite all of the different changes, I still remained loyal. When you have loyal customers you treat them as such! I have never been told thank you, received any discounts and just no love shown for my loyalty and I've sepnt a lot of money here. From grooming to boarding. I'm definitely thinking about finding a new place to take my fur baby!!

All team were very kind with my dog … He use to be aggressive , but with them he behaved as a prince because they know what they are doing … They are really trained … I strongly recommend them If my dog ( Joy) needs to stay in Houston … For sure I will choose Best Friend there as resort for him again

Leo and I had a wonderful experience with doggie day camp and grooming. The center manager, Bayli, was helpful with explaining how day camp works to enrich Leo’s experience. We couldn’t be happier.
