(from Google)I have a 6-pound Yorkie named Mr. with very silky, beautiful hair that's not too thick or too thin. He was recently groomed, but his ears were unevenly trimmed, with long hair left in different places. The results resembled a subpar trim. Everyone who knows Mr. and has seen him since the grooming advised me to never take him back to that establishment. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, but the grooming experience was disappointing to witness. He had long pieces of hair that were not even on his body, and I've never seen anyone trim a dog's ears in such a manner. I did observe other dogs there that looked well-groomed, but some were a little concerning. For me, I will be seeking alternative grooming services. Thank you for your cordiality, and I am excited to find a groomer who will unlock Mr.'s full beauty potential.
I can't say enough nice things about this facility! Tammy was our main trainer and my dog absolutely loved her. He would run straight to her even on the days he was tired and didnt want to go to school. He is a strong/high energy boy and was impossible to walk on a leash before his training and now I can actually walk him. He listens alot better around the house as well! Well worth the money and time!
I can’t say enough good things about our experience with No Leash Needed! Lina was incredible — firm, knowledgeable, and clearly so passionate about what she does. You can tell she truly cares about the dogs she works with. She’s helped Goose become not only more obedient but also more confident and happy overall. I feel so much more at ease knowing he’s better behaved and enjoying life. Highly recommend to anyone looking for real results with a trainer who genuinely loves what she does.
Took my dog Piper to their 2 week program. It really helped a lot. We worked with Lina and Piper loves her so much. She was able to train her and give us the knowledge to continue the training at home. All of the other staff we came across were so nice as well. We like the facility and are looking forward to taking her there for daycamp to burn some of this energy. The middle pic is how she exhausted she was after camp. 😂
We initially went to No Leash Needed St Charles to get our puppy into daycare. Ruby-Doo started as a wonderful baby, but quickly turned into a demon! There were many days of tears, bites, bruises, and destroyed clothes. Because of this we desperately needed help. Lina was there to rescue us! We put her in the 2 week training program to work on obedience and other basics. The results were great. Lina gave Ruby the confidence she needed, and us the tools to help Ruby succeed and regain some peace at home. Lina was always great communicating with us, and even after training continues to check in with Ruby at camp. If you are struggling with your pup, or just need help as a new pet parent, I would highly recommend Lina. Ruby really enjoys No Leash Needed and is always excited to be there on her Day Camp days. All of the staff we have interacted with have been wonderful, and they really put the safety of the pups first.
