Pet Paradise Wilmington

My partner and I recently moved to Wilmington and were nervous about finding a new doggy daycare. Pet Paradise made the entire process easy and stress-free. The front desk team was incredibly kind and even contacted my vet in Raleigh to get paperwork faxed over without me having to chase it down. My dog came home happily exhausted (always a good sign!), and when my partner picked him up he received excellent, genuine customer service. We also really appreciated the military discount — that’s rare to find. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone new to the area!

I absolutely love Pet Paradise! I started bringing my pup there and he now goes 2-3 times per week! He is always beyond excited! Love all the staff, very friendly, communicative, fun, respectful, and helpful! Love that I can stand him from the live cameras and the pics the take of my pup!

Pet Paradise Wilmington is a fantastic spot for my dog Camden! He absolutely loves his daycare days here, always coming home happy and worn out from playtime. The staff are amazing, super friendly, attentive, and they genuinely care about the dogs. The facility is clean, and I love checking the webcams to see Camden having a blast. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Pet Paradise! My dog Bella absolutely loves it here—she gets excited the moment we pull into the parking lot. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and clearly full of people who genuinely care about the animals. Morning drop-offs are always smooth and stress-free, especially thanks to Kaylee. She’s incredible with Bella—so friendly, gentle, and always greets us with a big smile. It gives me peace of mind knowing Bella is in such great hands while I’m away. She always comes home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for. Ms Susan in the evening is equally as great thank you all. I dropped my dog off for 1st free doggy day care. They did a great job. My dog is a little special needs and they handled him perfectly. Will definitely be going back. Likely for overnight next time I use them.
