(from Google)This beach is a bit hard to locate. Even our tour guide made a wrong turn and ended up at the beach next to it. The roads are dirt and not marked. There are 3 outdoor pit toilets on this beach, in small wooden sheds. You can generally park wherever since there are no marked spots.
OMG, took the dog for a swim and she just loved it. Must say it's a TOTAL SHAME the amount of litter that is left there on the beach. If only EVERYONE would pick up after themselves. Beautiful place disgraced by the few.
The water is very clear and the surrounding landscape looks unreal with the beach contrasting with the dry, deserty mountainous landscape. It’s a great spot to take pictures and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Excellent location right on the water. Launch your personal watercraft right from the beach. Though the water has dropped considerably, Lake Mead is not a bad place to visit. Stop in and have a look!
Great place to take your dog. Highly recommended if you want to go to lake mead and have your dog with you. This is one of the two beaches at lake mead that allows dogs btw.
