(from Google)Beautiful park. Sites are very nice, the one thing is many are not level requiring a lot of work and unhooking tow vehicle to get level. Lake is nice and fishing usually very good.
Nice 4th of July swim experience at this lake. Come early during a major holiday to grab a good spot.
I love this place! It is definitely in the top five of Texas state parks which is saying a lot because they’re all pretty good!
Nice little beach and cool lake to kayak in. You can paddle from one end to the other in about 45 minutes to an hour.
Beautiful area with kayak and paddle board rental, public restroom, play group, sand volleyball, walking trails, picnic tables with grill grate. I saw many families camping around. The beach area is tiny with very little sand and no safety line so keep that in mind if you want your kids to swim.
