(from Google)Great place to put a hammock in the trees and just chill
Nice place to walk, bike, read a book
I have been fishing at this spot for almost 20 yr. It had been closed due to storm damage but this yr its open and the fishing is great. Always stay busy catching. I mostly catch bottom dwelling fish, they tend to be large sized and put up a great fight!!!
Solid spot for a quick beach escape when you don’t feel like dealing with packed crowds. You can literally pull up right next to the water — super convenient. The water isn’t the cleanest (just keeping it real), but it’s calm and perfect for paddle boarding or floating without getting knocked over by waves or people 😂 The bridge itself is also a vibe if you’re into walking, running, biking, or rollerblading. It’s about 9 miles long, so be ready if you’re doing the whole thing! Also a great spot to do a little grill session with friends or family. Not a fancy beach, but definitely peaceful and chill when you just want to get outside without having to deal with beach parking/scene/tourists.
The beach is Amazing! The parking here is abundant on a weekday, it's easy access in and out. The beach is very well kept, and I dont wear water shoes so it was nice to have a clean environment around me. The bike paths are nicely paved for biking, roller blading, or fishing. The parking is paid.
