Prairie Creek Swimming Area

Standing water in the mens shower and toilet, campsite has crumbling pavement causing a really narrow parking spot. We've stayed in USACE campgrounds for years, but this one and Maumelle are not recommended.

We launched the boat here on the 4th of July weekend. The Zimmermans (I think) put on a tremendous firework show that is easily seen from the water right next to the launch. It was awesome.

Dropped a friend off here to do the Polar Plunge today. Nowhere near as cold from what my friend and I are used to being from up north. If it was sunny, this morning would've been great.

this place gives me a great peace. it is very quiet and relaxing, you can see deer and eagles hunting fish

This place is awesome. It is so beautiful and it has so many things such a as grill, picnic table, play ground for the kids, sand volleyball, ect… it also has camp ground for like $20 per night and the day pass is only $5 or $40 for the year pass. Awesome price for how beautiful it is. The water is very clean and there is enough beach for swimming. Also, there is the ramp for boats. It is an awesome place. Check out the photos and try it out.
