Affordable Beach House Vacation Rentals

For a cheap price, it was so much better than expected. Has everything you would need from close restaurants and activities to nearby beach access. Would come again in the future

Had a great time!! The location is excellent, less than one block away from the nearest beach entrance. Great for a weekend of fun with family and friends.

We had an excellent stay! This is a very cute and well located Airbnb. True to the pictures. Pet friendly at a reasonable price which I’ve found is hard to come by elsewhere on the island. Most places want to charge a per night fee instead of a fee for the whole stay. We had three minor issues, the dryer was not working, we briefly lost power during some rain and third, one of the upstairs neighbors had unauthorized guests that parked right behind us causing us to be blocked in. All problems were handled quickly and professionally. My one recommendation would be to upgrade to a bigger flat screen in the living room. We will definitely stay at Mikes place again in the future. Hands down one of the most professional and friendliest places on the island.

This year's vacation was the best all because of the beach house. Beach house was very nice clean and everything we asked for . The beach house sits perfect in the middle between the bay and beachside you have all the shopping ,food gravity park within steps . This has become a family tradition for 2 years now and will continue to be in the beautiful South Padre Island

We had booked a condo that we were very disappointed in, we called and talked to Mike he showed us 111 East Carroll Unit D, it was like a breath of fresh air. We had two dogs which wasn't a problem. We stayed there for a month, it's 1/4 block from the beach, within walking distance to beach bars on the gulf and bay side of the Island. Very well furnished, comfortable for 4 people, very clean, from the balconies you can see the gulf.
