10 Barrel Brewing West Side Bend

I have been here 4 times in the last two years since I am right down the street and this was the first time I actually had friendly service. The only person who didn't seem friendly was the one who delivered my food, it wasn't my server Leta who was the kind and I would have she didn't do anything special she was just kind and pleasant unlike the other servers I have experienced at this establishment, which has been very disappointing. However its the quality & taste of food that has me coming back and hoping to experience some kind of kindness from a server, tonight that happened when Leta served me this evening. The environment is beautiful, I was able to sit outside with my animal child Enoch, the fireplace was on and the music was nice the sun was going down and shining on the tips of the trees its was all just so beautiful. I had a wonderful moment sun gazing. In the past I have been there when bands where playing and its just such a great place and to have entitled servers working there its kind of sad, however today my experience was very pleasant thank you, Leta - it was an extremely long week and very hard and you helped me relax and breathe through the moment, with your kind smile and demeanor, you are a natural. I did buy the relaxing dog treats and my animal child liked them and she is very picky. Ms. Loree

Man, we wish we could eat cheese but we can’t and anywhere else we go for pizza and nix the cheese no one overcompensates with toppings EXCEPT 10 barrel west!!! Love you guys! The bartender is always awesome too. Nothing but great things to say.

I ordered the Mac and Cheese then I added bits of steak into it; it was delicious! The Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesey in the best way possible. The steak bits added a little bit of a different texture with each bite and the green onions on top added a nice slight crunch. If you enjoy a little tiny hint of spice there’s also sprinkled chili flakes which I loved. The atmosphere isn’t rowdy or chaotic for a brewery which I enjoyed, great if you enjoy eating out alone but love being surrounded by noise. The service wasn’t bad just a little hectic from serving others, no complaints on my end just not 5 star quality. If you love bar food and want to try some local beers with a nice ambiance, this is definitely the spot to try.

I tried this place for the first time a couple months ago. A lot of people have said pretty good things about it, and overall it's lived up to the hype. I think the menu has a lot of rich American foods to offer, and is reasonably priced for what you get, especially during lunchtime. I really liked their macaroni and cheese. Also, the restaurant itself is clean inside with a good exterior seating area, where you can eat outside in comfort. Though when my group visited, they took a really long time to get the food out, even though we came slightly after typical lunch hours. I wasn't sure if the service would have been better had we eaten inside.

Good food and atmosphere. Painfully slow service. Our server was quick to say hi and check in with us but then disappeared for half an hour. If we had an attentive server we could have cut our dining time in half. We'd come back, though - we got the bacon potatoe pizza and the Space Cadet and Krispy Cream beer - everything was enjoyable.
