Great location, solid beer, disappointing food. We've stopped by here when visiting over the years, this was the first time we got food. Seeing other reviews where the people have raved about the food makes me wonder if the quality has dipped overall or if it's just dependent on who's in the kitchen that day. I got the fish tacos, which, it turns out are just the same fish from fish and chips thrown into tortillas with a little bit of sauce and veggies. The fish wasn't anything special, just tasted of salt and grease. The chips and salsa were equally bad. The chips were bland and the salsa basically seemed like watery ketchup. It was a "chew twice and swallow" kind of meal. The beer was good. My partner got a cocktail that was OK, not the best flavor, but it was strong, which is better than the alternative. They've landscaped the lawn area with synthetic turf, which I'm personally not a fan of. I understand why people do it and it looks like a professional installation, but I much preferred the natural grass. I'm hoping that they haven't killed the tree with grading and compacting they had to do. Time will tell.

Wings for a $1? Sunday is funday, and the place you need to go. Great beers and cocktails. Cool vibes with an outdoor patio.

Holy moly!!! The food here is 5-stars! So tasty and addicting! I am so glad we found this place when passing through on our roadtrip. The happy hour is freaking delicious. We were so impressed with the fajitas, we did a double-take. Man!!! This place is so good!!

Beer was good, food was better. No table wait staff, order beer and food at the bar which is fine. The fish and chips were excellent. The wagyu burger with bacon jam and Cajun tots out of this world!

It's no surprise that Bend has plenty of brewery options! Bend Brewery should be on your list of places to visit! They are celebrating 30 years of Best Brews and Views - hard to argue with that! They've got an incredible outdoor seating area right along the river, which is hard to beat. There was a bit of a wait, but we were able to grab a drink from their patio bar and hang outside while we waited. I do feel their menu has gotten smaller, more limited, and more expensive over the years. I had the smash burger. It was tasty but hardly had any meat... more bun than anything. For the price, I was expecting a bit more. The fries were good, though! The cauliflower hummus and the drinks were great! It's definitely a good spot to check out while in Bend.
