UPP Liquids Pub, and Fermentations (of Immersion Brewing)

Wow! If the diverse selection of award winning beers isn't enough to keep you coming, back, the food selections and specials will. Our food favorites are the wing specials, especially the curry wings. Today we dropped in and had a burger week special. Ten bucks for big handmade patty with aioli, spinach and bacon jam on brioche bun. Double yum.

Arranging for a large group event at a restaurant is a challenge. And getting through the event with mostly happy humans is not always guaranteed. The team at UPP Liquids was amazing in helping us with our 25 person party last night. Advance arrangements were smooth and when we showed up for the event to "decorate the table" we found a beautiful room with the table decked in holiday decor. We had a wonderful evening, and the team went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. Kudos to Jose and Ben for your efforts and I hope that the beautiful space you created is enjoyed by many going forward.

Overall very positive experience! We ate, we drank, we chatted with our server about our mutual interest in hiking in places East of Bend beyond the lycra zone… Flight of beers! 5 and several were standouts Including the Imperial Stout with Fudge notes (CatScratcher- who picks these names!!??) And the Selzer with grapefruit and other influences Server was beyond the pale Food was good We had Cobb salad with optional steak added Plus the crisps, or fries, and our server brought the special „Fry sauce“. Not bad So run, dont walk, here to get your piece of that action

UPP Liquids (Brewery of the Year) lineup of beers is awesome, offering the greatest variety of brew styles of any brew pub in Bend. With several IPAs, lagers, porters, stouts and tarts on draft at the same time, there is something for every beer connoisseur to love! Good food and vibe too. The lineup of recent medal winners from the Great American beer festival was incredible, from the delicious roastiness of the Reduction Ratio stout to the delicate flavors of the Moments Made and Flower Child tarts. I also had a preview sample of the holiday Cherry Imperial Porter at a tasting this past Saturday, and it is out-of-this-world delicious! Tonya Cornett continues to knock it out of the park with her brewing prowess!!

Saylor was an absolutely fantastic server! Very attentive, kind, and helpful. I felt as though my experience at this brewery outweighed many others in Bend, especially service wise. Drink was spectacular, very high quality bartending skills, and food was outstanding. I will definitely be back in, hopefully with saylor as my waitress again!
