Lansdowne Street

Okay, so a bit of a mixed bag here. We were here with a large party, and the place was also busy. Live music was so loud that we were having to shout to hear each other. LOTS of beers to choose from. Seems like one of the larger beer menues we've seen so far. Yes, you do have to try the clam chowdah, whiclh was, delicious. Our party had everything from burgers to lobster rolls to panninnis to burrata to fish sandwiches and everything came out a different time. We're the type of people who don't eat until everyone's meal is in front of them. I know that can be hard with a large party. Will try again when it's just us.

Friends had told us about Lansdowne and we are so glad we stopped in .Everything was wonderful. Even the MONSOON RAIN STORM didn't ruin our experience sitting in the outside area! Love all the Boston connections with this place!

The music is a wee bit loud what is the turn off for me. That being said, pretty good clam chowder very large haddock sandwich and my wife had a pretty good-looking Reuben sandwich. Excellent selection of beers far better than most bars down here.

This was not my first time at lansdowne, but it was by far the worst. The main issue was that there was a bug in my friend’s salad (see photo). They did apologize for it, and said they would remove that salad from the bill and bring a new one (both of which were made improperly), but we were still charged for the replacement salad. I’ve never been charged for a replacement meal. Our server was also nowhere to be found for most of our meal, and we waited for our bill for over fifteen minutes (which despite wanting separate bills, we were brought just one. The server also took my card two seconds after putting the receipt on the table, so we were unable to review the receipt, and identify issues like getting charged for things we did not ask for). The final issue arose after we asked for the bruin’s game to be put on one of the tvs, it was on for about a period and then promptly switched to screensavers.

In town from Texas and we've tried a bunch of places and all we're really good but this place stood out. Great food, great vibes and Taylor was a great waitress! Definitely coming back here
