Culver’s

Stopped in for lunch, burger and fries with some cheese curds. Burger was fresh and had great flavor, always love their fries and the cheese curds are awesome, had to share the sides. Service was great, with a smile. I was leaving with left overs in the boat and the cashier saw me and brought a bag, great service! Definitely will be back.

This is the second time I’ve come here and they still get my orders wrong. They got my chicken sandwich wrong, I said no tomatoes, cheese, and mayo, they put tomatoes, cheese, and mayo. No ketchup and mustard like I asked for. They forgot to give me my coke, and barely gave me any brownies on my concrete ice cream. It’s getting annoying coming here for my family and having to report this location every time.

This location has gone down hill I'll drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the one on pine island next time. Employees acting like they are using their own resources to make ice cream don't be so skimpy. Ordered flavor of the day because I wanted FLAVOR not just vanilla ice cream and they acted irritating to have to remake it. What irritating is ordering curbside and having to go inside the store because there's a line wrapped around the building to get your order corrected. I get being busy and rushing but I know these guys get paid good money compared to other fast food chains and we also pay a premium to eat at culvers and expect atleast half decent food and service.

I ordered a butter burger with cheese, bacon, ketchup, and mustard. I got home (20 min away) and opened my burger to find it also has onion and pickle on it, two very strong flavors I do not like. I scraped them off but the whole burger tasted like onion; I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t call because the response is always to come back - well, I’m not driving 20 min each way because of your screw up. Not only that, but the burger was made so sloppily that one bun was half off and the cheese was stuck to the paper. I ended up eating scrambled eggs while my family enjoyed their meal. Horrible experience.

This is the best Culver’s sandwich I’ve ever had. I’m obsessed with this place. I mean look at that Crispy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and mayo… & let me tell you it was super crispy too. The people there are so polite and efficient too! I might have waited about 5min before receiving my item. Love this location.
