(from Google)Horrible experience…..if you’re not a regular you get treated like crap by the waitresses. My son graduated high school may 16, and we had family fly in from out of state. We have never been here before and wanted to experience something new, and what better way to experience something new. Well for starters, the atmosphere is very nice, seems like a great place to kick it. We got seated right away, and the waitress, Caitlin was very attentive on our drink order at first. Then we received our beverages, canned sodas, not fountain sodas canned. We asked for ice and our waitress didn’t respond immediately, so my aunt( visiting us from out of town) repeated that she would like Ive for her beverage and we got a sassy “I heard you”. We all looked at each other like did this just happen. Well we ignored it and went on with our conversation’s amongst each other. Meanwhile my daughter and nephew order sweet tea and water, the water comes in a bottle and it cold at all. Caitlin comes back with our ice cups and asks if we’re ready to finally order. We all agreed and placed our orders. (Never being her before we asked if the burgers come with fries, and she said no they don’t you have to order them separate) so that was annoying. We ordered 3 separate plates of fries. Before Caitlin walked away my daughter and nephew asked for a refill on the tea which she said I’ll be back. After Caitlin took our order we waited almost 40 minutes for our meal, granted we were a group of 7, so we were understanding. Our waitress Caitlin never came by to check on our beverage situation which would’ve been nice to know there are no refills on the sodas, only the tea. A young man delivering food to other tables walked by and I asked him if we could get refills, cuz apparently our waitress was to busy flirting and laughing with customers behind the bar. She had walked to the tables behind us chitty chatted with a group of elderly ladies, asked if they were doing dessert today, and continued having a good ol time with the regulars. Walked passed us, sang Happy Birthday to another regular. She made eye contact with me after the young man told her we were waiting for refills on the teas . He brought out our meals and as appetizing as the burgers were we were repelled by the amount of flies flying around us and landing on our plates. Caitlin finally made it back to our table with a pitcher of sweet tea for a refill we request 40 minutes ago. Each order of fries was $5 and we got 7 pieces of sidewinder fries on each plate. That was a freaking rip off man. The burgers were bland, no flavor, the fries did taste fine, and the table had 3 bottles of ketchup with no freaking ketchup in them. I couldn’t get my waitress to bring me tea, I wasn’t about to ask for ketchup. I have heard AMAZING things from my friends who go several times a month and I feel like this was a complete let down. This was a once and done for us. It’s to bad too because the environment seems really laid back and family oriented. My suggestion to the owner is: hire people who will treat everyone as equals. Someone who actually cares about serving and doing their job. If I could rate the service a zero I would. So the 1 star is for the young man who actually helped serve us our dishes.
Great place for lunch with kids. I suspect dinner would be more barsy. The food is very good though. Too bad they didnt have available the 2 things we wanted to try. But no complaints about what we were able to order. Tasted great!
First time and my wife and I were very impressed. Cory did a fantastic job with service and food. Super friendly people. Casual, layed back place with food that will impress anyone.Redneck eggrolls are a must. And fries like I've never had. Don't drive by without stopping. You'll be happy when you leave.
Came down from Fredericksburg VA to go to the World of Wheels event in Chattanooga and decided to try the place out. Amazing view of the mountain across the river, food was amazing' (personally recommend the bison burger) and the staff where great! Highly recommend! 5 stars!
Our waiter was kind and attentive, and the food itself was great. My only critiques are some of the menu choices and the pricing structure. Typically, entrées include a side, but here everything is sold separately—including drinks. They also don’t have a fountain, so all beverages are canned or bottled, meaning you can’t even get water for free, which feels slightly unreasonable. Aside from those points, I would still recommend giving this place a try!
