Miss Lucille's Cafe

We love the idea of this type of establishment on this side of town, However, there were some issues: lack of flexibility in the menu I.e. no non pork options besides fried chicken, i.e. chicken/turkey sausage and no egg whites- these are standard at breakfast establishments nowadays.

The food was absolutely delicious this morning. The Southwest Biwl with chorizo was outstanding & the Strawberry & Cream pancake my granddaughter has was yummy. Server was pleasant and came our table right after we sat down, but she let me sit too long with an empty water glass. Cute place. Will definitely be back.

Miss Lucille's Restaurant had a short wait time, and the food overall was good. However the widely known Reuben sandwich was missing the sauerkraut ,which was disappointing. For a cafe/restaurant that promotes a Southern-inspired atmosphere, the hospitality felt lacking. While the staff was polite, the service itself was not attentive. With only around four other tables occupied, our cups sat empty multiple times and we had to wave down a server each time for refills. There were multiple employees nearby. I was raised to always appreciate good service, but this experience simply was not up to par. The meal had potential, but the service experience definitely needs improvement. Would be willing to try again and hopefully be able to make an updated review .

It‘s a perfect Clarksville brunch restaurant. I’m not familiar with the tip culture because I‘m a foreigner. I paid the tip twice by mistake. I visited again and asked to cancel the second tip. He handled it kindly. Thank you very much I will visit more often from now on. It was so delicious and the atmosphere was good, so I visited on Wednesday and visited again on Sunday.

I’ve been here several times and have never been disappointed! The protein bowl and pancakes are absolutely delicious. AJ was my server on my last visit and he did an amazing job. He was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The patio is such an underrated gem and a perfect place to enjoy your meal outdoors. There’s even a beautiful spot just behind the patio that would be ideal for a small wedding or gathering. Highly recommend!
