Jake’s Super Friendly is one of those rare places that immediately makes you feel like you belong. From the moment you walk in, it genuinely feels like you’re at home, hanging out with family and friends rather than just being at another bar. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and comfortable in a way that’s hard to find these days. I’ve honestly never experienced an environment quite like this before — it’s relaxed, fun, and full of good energy. The staff truly sets this place apart, especially the bartender. The level of customer service is absolutely out of this world. Always attentive, always on it, and constantly making sure your drink is filled without you ever having to ask. You can tell they genuinely care about the customers and take pride in making sure everyone is having a great time. That kind of service makes a huge difference and keeps people coming back. It’s also a fantastic spot to watch sports. Whether you’re there for a big game or just casually hanging out, the setup is perfect for it. Add in the pool tables, and it gives you even more reasons to stay longer and enjoy the night. There’s always something to do, whether you want to socialize, watch a game, or just unwind. Overall, Jake’s Super Friendly lives up to its name in every possible way. Incredible atmosphere, outstanding customer service, great drinks, and a place that truly makes you feel welcome. This is the kind of spot you don’t just visit once — it becomes your go-to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place with great vibes and even better people.
I usually love this place, but I’ve had several strange experiences lately. The staff is generally great, except for the blonde bartender who works inside. Now, I only get drinks from the outside bar because she’s consistently rude and clearly chooses who to serve first. I work in F&B and fully understand how stressful it can be behind the bar, but what I can’t excuse is her attitude. It’s one thing to hustle for tips, but there’s no reason to serve every man before a woman, especially when we’ve been waiting longer. Ladies, save yourself the frustration and head to the outside bar instead.
Great time tonight at “yappy hour” where the dogs run free in the back patio. All the dogs were very well behaved and had a great time. Food was okay, slightly overpriced in our opinion for the quality, but worth it to come for an app or two and have some drinks. My husband enjoyed the beer selection- says it’s “very very good.” The owner? was giving out the dogs treats and saying hi to everyone which was a nice touch. Overall, a really pleasant way to spend an evening for any dog parent.
We were a little nervous going to Jake's because we knew all the dogs were going to be there. It took our dog a few minutes to get used to being able to walk around with all the food around, but he loved it. The manager it owner was walking around the whole time making sure there weren't any fights (not that he had to worry). The food was excellent and their rippers (deep fried hot dogs) were amazing! As for us, it took some getting used to telling someone else's dog not too jump on the picnink table, but it was worth every bit.
