This place is a gem. The beer is fantastic and the brunch smash burger is incredible! Shout out to John for awesome bar service, and Emily for the warm smile and helpful advice! Check this place out! You won’t regret it 😊 Oh, don’t forget the top shelf bourbon options!

I recently had my wedding reception at Southern Strain Brewery and it was one of the best decisions I made. From the start, Tabitha was so helpful and communicated with me through the whole process. The food and drinks were delicious! I was offered many options to choose from on their catering menu, making it easy for me and my husband to make sure we had tasty food but also staying within our budget. I cannot thank Tabitha and the staff at Southern Strain enough for all their help and hard work, they went above and beyond to make sure our night was great. If you are looking for the next place to host an event, small or large- I can’t recommend this place enough!

Hidden gem alert! From the moment I walked in, I fell in love with this old mill that has been transformed into a brewery, eatery, coffee place and Vintage shopping. Tabatha greeted me as soon as I walked in, and I also got to meet Jasmine who helps runs the eatery. Both of these ladies have a genuine warmth and hospitality about them that makes you feel so comfortable. There is a special vibe in this mill & you can tell the employees love working here. Ty thoughtfully made me the Chimi Chimi bowl to try & it was packed with flavor & left me wanting to come back & try more off their menu. On Sundays, they have a jazz brunch from 11-2 that’s worth checking out! They also have a space you can rent out—for weddings or graduations—maybe even a business networking thing. They also collaborate with liquid voyage, a company that offers bringing a bar to any of your events. Annie, shared a photo with me of their sweet camper. It has been well over a year since I have been here. Shame on me! The libations are delicious! Highly recommend the draught cocktails! The eatery has a satisfying array of food choices to satisfy a hungry appetite! Just YUM! It did take a while to get our food, but it was fresh and hot, and we kept ourselves entertained while waiting. Music Bingo on Wednesday evenings added to the dining experience. Making plans to return in a few weeks with friends.
