(from Google)Scenic patio location overlooking bay. Exceptional service! Dog friendly. Easy walking distance downtown shops and large family park.
Walked here from a Menrova Inn. Around 6:30 there was prime seating overlooking the gorgeous Gulf sunset and marina. Crab cakes are definitely not Sysco; they’re made in house and stuffed with meat. Also, the drinks are strong- get the floater! If I could do 10/10 I would.
We visited for the first time hoping to enjoy some drinks, oysters, and the sunset, but left disappointed. The Good: Our server was great—attentive, fast with the drinks, and got our order perfectly correct. The wait time for everything was very short. The Food & Drinks: Unfortunately, the quality didn't match the high prices. I originally wanted the fish spread but pivoted to the chicken salad croissant. It was incredibly bland and fell apart easily. I was also charged $3.00 for the croissant upgrade instead of the $2.00 listed. My husband's turkey club looked like low-quality lunchmeat; we honestly have better shaved turkey at home. The drinks were fair but pre-mixed, so there's no way to customize them. The Atmosphere: The seating is very cramped. We couldn't hear any music, but we could hear every word of the seats next to us (not because we wanted to). We ultimately left before sunset because a couple was seated right next to us (downwind) wearing overwhelming perfume that cut our meal short. Glad we tried it, but we’ll be looking elsewhere next time we want to spend money on a nice sunset dinner.
Wonderful atmosphere with a super friendly staff. A little bit of a wait on an early afternoon but the vibe is casual. Caters to all ages but mostly an older crowd with less kids for the most part. Best part of this "Cafe" is the views of the harbor.
Definitely last meal before execution worthy. The sandwich bun was toasted perfectly, the triple tail was blackened to perfection, and the veggies were comforting. And the key lime pie was the best way to end such a nice meal. This place is such a gem. Definitely recommend this place for its delicious food and amazing service. Oh and its right off the water so its a nice view too.
