Mimi's Cafe

We absolutely loved this restaurant! It was our first time visiting, and we will definitely recommend it to everyone. The eggs Benedict were delicious, and our daughter enjoyed her meal as well. The staff brought crayons and coloring pages for our child, along with a cute kids’ water cup, which was a very thoughtful touch. They also provided to-go cups so we could finish our coffee in the car. There were so many little details that made our experience special and enjoyable. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and polite. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

The service was really bad. The menu was also unexpected. The crab cakes specifically didn’t match the picture. The drizzle is why I ordered them, but I got blobs of too much sauce. I could barely eat them. There was trash at our table, used coffee creamer wrappers in the cup with unused ones. The table was not cleaned or checked properly. We called for a reservation because we know the regular menu, but it wasn’t explained to us that the menu changed for the holiday. There was a lot going on, including staff workers making us feel uncomfortable by multiple of them standing in the kitchen doorway many times, staring at our table. Something was definitely wrong. I don’t know if we weren’t supposed to be at our table, but we were seated there; we didn’t choose our table. It wasn’t a good experience at all and reminded me of why I haven’t been in years. A family member wanted to try it out, and now they don’t want to go back. The only thing great was the atmosphere. The decorations were cool. That’s about it. Even the bathrooms aren’t regularly checked. No toilet paper or toilet seat covers available in 2 stalls, so had to wait for 1 stall out of 3. 😕

Such a great experience! Customer service has definitely taken a decline nowadays, and I was so pleasantly surprised & appreciative of the amazing customer service we received during our entire visit; from start to finish. From the sweet hostess to our amazing server & all team members that passed by our table. Everyone was kind, friendly, and helpful. Food portions were large & delicious. My very “picky” teenage boys were happy as could be. I ordered an iced Carmel Macchiato coffee & had pretty low expectations, but it ended up being one of the tastiest coffee drinks I’ve had in quite awhile. I really wish I remembered our male servers name as he was wonderful!!! We visited 5/2 around 9:00AM.

Such a fun place to come with our family from California. We’re visiting from Minnesota and this is the first time ever having cookie butter pancakes. What a hit!

We had the bread pudding French toast... its was really good. I also had the birria omelette was great too. The Dubai chocolate muffin was ok. Would say the other muffins are better.
