(from Google)⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience at Wine House! Last Thursday they hosted an amazing event to launch their new menu, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. You can truly see the hard work and passion that goes into everything they do. Paige the owner is always present, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest has the best possible experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to great hospitality really make Wine House stand out. Highly recommend visiting for the food, the atmosphere, and the exceptional service. We can’t wait to come back!
5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I attended the new menu launch event on Wednesday, and it was absolutely fantastic! The event was completely sold out, the vibe was intimate and cozy, and the live music was lovely. I tried the mango lime mocktail, which was delicious and incredibly refreshing. For food, we had tastings of the meatballs and the chicken skewers—both were excellently seasoned and truly delectable. You can really tell the owners put their heart and soul into the evening. They were onsite and working so hard to make sure everyone had a great time. We returned today to experience more of the new menu, and we ordered the watermelon caprese and the smoked chickpea spread along with wine. Everything was delicious and service was excellent! I highly recommend checking out their new menu!
Brisket was a tad dry. Pulled pork was out by 7pm on a sat. And I feel like that will be the end of dinner service and you should have more to get you through an entire dinner service and considering it is one of the cheapest meats on the menu obviously it’s going to be popular. Due to this, most of our meals could not be made with the pulled pork and we had to Choose more expensive options (or chicken) and we’re not offered any discount…. Not only that there’s an up charge for a certain meat on the weekend which is ridiculous. The “truffle” Mac and cheese was also upcharged and tasted like regular Mac and cheese and was not even freshly melted by the time it was served. I enjoyed the flamingo sauce and the cornbread. But others at my table noted how the edges of the cornbread were than the middle and I feel like it was cut before hand, leaving it to dry out faster. The wine and drink selection was nice and service was great. Outside seating situation: Went here for a girls night and was sat outside due to our party size, which is fine, but it was disgustingly hot out, and we had to ask the fan to be pointed at us, which barely alleviated the heat. Our fault but we expected more fans for such a large patio area. The net on the patio did not protect from the lychee fruit falling on us. And the smoker ended up blowing over the patio encasing us in smoke. Overall, I think this place is unique and cute but definitely needs to make some improvements to be deserving of the 4 stars it has online.
Coming from Kansas City, I'm particular about my bbq and I've got to say their bbq chicken is the BEST I have ever had!!! Along with the delicious Mediterranean Pita and the incredible To The Max sandwich!! Shout out to the chef and adorable server Alyssa!!! Charming all around. Definitely a top ten in the Tampa/ St. Pete area🦩🩷 THANK YOU.
I had such a great experience at The Wine House in Gulfport! The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and perfect for brunch. Chelsea was my server, and she truly made the whole experience exceptional. She was attentive without being overbearing, super knowledgeable about the wine selection, and had such a warm, genuine energy. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a great time. Everything from the service to the vibe was on point. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Chelsea if you go!
