Provecho Y Salud Harlingen

The freshness of the food cannot be understated. It was by far some of the best Mexican cuisine that I have had in Harlingen. If you're looking for a really made from scratch dish made with the finest ingredients, I cannot recommend this place enough. The service was awesome. Atmosphere was nice and quiet. The building was nice and cool. Great parking definitely be returning multiple times. Can't wait to try their brunch menu. A real shout out to the chef for the bacon wrapped shrimp. I have never had such crispy bacon wrapped shrimp. It was next level. The fresh guacamole beautiful crisp fresh the pico de gallo. The salsa. The smokiness it's if you have not had the chance to try this place yet, really add it to your list because you will not be disappointed.

Great place to meet friends for brunch. Met my girlfriends to celebrate birthdays, we were there for a little over 2 hours. Never felt rushed, just the right amount if attentiveness. Just missing the great roasted tomato salsa and chips the usually bring out.

Food was okay. It’s not like super amazing but it was all right. Staff was friendly. Place was quiet and clean.

We ordered the lunch special and it was delicious and at a great price too. $10 for the meal including the drink and chips/salsa The waitress was friendly and attentive but then again it wasn't busy at all. It's a beautiful place along with the tableware they use. They have a bar and small patio outside customers may use.

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat in Harlingen and decided to try Provecho y Salud. We’re so glad we did. The live music was great, and our bartender was very friendly and helpful with food recommendations. My grilled salmon was delicious, and my husband really enjoyed his bistec tacos. We will definitely be back soon!
