Bubba's Place

It's a great hole-in-the-wall kind of place. It's not huge, it's a little older, but it's all part of the charm. It really makes it work. I enjoyed the time that I had there. The beer is cold. The whisky is actually quite affordable compared to everything around. They have some really good bottles, which again you don't expect in more of a neighborhood bar, but it works.

I was really comfortable there. Not because of the alcohol, but because of the people. Sometimes bars can be forbidding feeling to all but regulars. You know? I didn't feel that way here at all. It was a good time that I never felt uncomfortable or self conscious at. Good food and good people. I'll be back for sure.

I was there for a pool league match for the 1st time. Service was excellent, very friendly staff considering we are the 'away' team. Got a pizza and it wouldn't be fair to rank poorly because I am an Italian Jersey girl so I'm really critical here 🤣 Solid frozen bar pizza though! 😉 Overall, good vibes all around.

Nothing fancy, just friendly people, cold beer & good food. You have to try the $12.99 steak, spud & salad special on Tuesday!
