A standout Brewery/Restaurant in West Knoxville. Wide variety of excellent crafted beers to enjoy along with a great offering of burgers, pizzas, salads snacks and much more. Some places have a great beer offering and so so food, Here you get great beer (wines and cocktails too) with top notch well prepared food. Friendly knowledgeable service enhances overall experience in a large restaurant setting with indoor and outdoor tables. Separate cocktail bar is a nice touch too. Ownership has put it all together for a satisfying customer experience. Well done.

We stopped by Abridged Beer Company during a very busy time, and they handled the crowd impressively well. Service was quick and attentive—they even helped us grab a drink at the bar while we waited, which was a nice touch. We ended up ordering the pepperoni pizza, and wow… it was outstanding. Perfect crust, crispy pepperoni, and just overall done right. Definitely worth a visit—great service, great food, even when it’s packed. Highly recommend!

Tried it after having eaten from their food truck at zuul brewery. The menu at this location is more expensive and the vibe is way cool. Had the abridged burger this time and the hq club both with the fries and queso. Everything was excellent and plan to try the pizza next time and put the Oak room on my list to try next. Definitely recommend these guys.

Food was sensational! Grilled chicken sandwich was best we’ve had. Chicken salad had amazing flavors and potato salad was yummy too! (Both heavy on pepper.) Margarita pizza top notch, thin crust. Minimal wait Saturday early afternoon. Good service.

A quick Yelp search while in the area led us here. It was a good find for sure. Loved that even on cold days, there is a closed-in patio that allows pups! Our pup travels everywhere with us, so finding these spots is important to us. It was very spacious too - so we weren't on top of other guests. They have an extensive menu and the same with the beer list. There is something for everyone, from hoppy IPAs to fruity sours. Not sure which beer you may like - get a sample. Or try a flight! For lunch, we got the deviled eggs to start - something that is a go-to for us. They were solid and enjoyable. For the main, we opted for the Abridged burger and the Chicken club. Both were solid as well. Fries were crispy, but a bit over-salted, and I enjoy some salt. So made a note for next time to "go light". Service was good too. Overall - really only a tiny detail to 'complain' about, but easily taken care of next time. We will be back for sure - I want to try their pizza!
