Breakwater Grille

We were out from Freedom Boat Club docks at Waterpoint Marina. Kim and I docked inside Safe Harbor Marina near Breakwater Grille. Freedom Boat Club has boats and offices at the Marina. It was a great day ....Went fishing 🎣 at several spots and had fun on the Harris Tritoon You can also get to Breakwater Grille and the Waldon Community ClubHouse/Pool by using the land route at the end of Melville Drive Happy Hour is 2 to 4 pm... I am posting the revised Menu with some of the specials. They have lots going on weekly this fall 🍁 🍂

It’s a great atmosphere and beautiful view. We walked in at 6:50 and left at 7:45 without ever being acknowledged when the waitress walked by 4 times who ran the section. We were patient because we both have worked in the service industry so we understand so we went up to the bar and asked if we could order there the waiter was very helpful and told us he get someone to our table he let our waitress know and we waited another 15 minutes before we finally decided to leave. Very disappointed as in our first time in the area and it was for our anniversary

I really don’t like giving bad reviews but this is my 2 nd time trying this new management and menu and I was very underwhelmed! Amazing view!! Could be such a better experience. Patio was dirty from looking up at the covering to the same trash I saw on the concrete last week!? Maybe very young staff could be cleaning when there’s nothing to do? They were very nervous but pleasant and trying at least. The fish tacos were ok but this Philly cheesesteak?! Overcooked and I’ve never had one so lacking. And side salad.maybe add a few carrots strips or a tomato to dress it up or something! Not that hard or expensive to do. The Pina colada was yellow not white??And tasted like pineapple juice with a little rum poured on top. The DJ inside was so loud no one can talk to each other. Felt sorry for the older folks I saw eating in there. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews it sucks. It’s just very sad overall to see what potential it has and how it doesn’t make me want to ever go back. Would have gone to the restaurant upstairs but had tank top and flip flops on so didn’t think we would be welcomed. Sorry but had to be honest. Hope it improves for the communities sake

Stopped for lunch, nice dock to tie up your boat. Friendly, quick service. Never had onions on a club sandwich, but it was super yummy! And the homemade chips!! We will definitely be back!

We were looking for food around 9 pm one night and options on the lake were pretty limited.We saw the menu online that said veggie burger. NOPE!! It's an outdated menu. There is no veggie burger. Service here was great, parking adequate. Melissa, is really nice as well as the other young lady. BUT the fish tacos were the most tasteless I've ever had. My husband, who eats anything said his salad was questionable, The blooming onion was only edible on the top. The best thing we had was the chips and salsa and fries. So if you're out late looking for a meal skip this place and find something in Conroe. I cannot recommend.
