Blackfinn Randhurst Grill

Ordered a black bean burger for to go, asked to make sure no meat. I came home to find bacon in my burger. Called the manager but was so rude .., no apologies nothing . Such a bad place

Tried this place twice. 1st time came with my family it was busy and food just was okay. I understood why the server may have taken more than the usual couple of minutes to greet and take our food orders. However the 2nd time, it was slow and it still look way too long to even get a hello. Several servers walked by us. No hello, no water, just stares. We sat and waited for over 7 minutes and just decided to just leave. FYI: Guests should be greeted within 45 seconds from being sat and at most 3 mins (when busy). We are black and felt this may be an establishment that doesn’t welcome POC. Won’t be returning.

I got carryout from here a few weeks ago and got a side salad, crab cake and sausage pasta. Everything was so delicious and fresh. I will be coming again.

Very friendly staff. Amazing diversity in menu items. Food came out quickly and cooked exactly as asked. The only thing I wish were different was if they used salt. My sirloin was great, but the only real flavor came from the au jus and the green beans were not salted at all so they were bland. The Ying Yang shrimp appetizer was seasoned perfectly. Garlic mashed potatoes were great. Mac n cheese was excellent. Cook on my steak was dead on medium rare. French fries lacking salt, a little bland. The ribs were fall off the bone. Tasted as expected from a non BBQ restaurant. No complaints there. Overall was a very filling satisfying meal. I did leave happy.

One of our go-to spots! The menu is extensive and food is consistently good. We always request a booth in the pub when we come with family or friends but prefer sitting at the bar if it’s just the two of us. Bartender Donny is welcoming and attentive and knowledgeable about all aspects of the restaurant. We also often opt for carry-out, which is easy and convenient here.
