Hoppin' River North

This place is sick. The staff is so nice. The prices are actually really good. TV’s and games everywhere. A patio where you can watch the game and enjoy a view of the river come on now. It’s in a new area. Give it a chance you won’t be disappointed.

This place is a hidden GEM! ❤️ If you are looking for a good bar WITHOUT the 30 minute broadway or east nasty wait times, this is the place for you! It isn’t crowded, tons of space, tons of parking, TVs, and activities to be had. It’s also right off the river offering great views off of the patio. Very close to Titan stadium and Topgolf. They have a huge beer selection, including PBJ MIXTAPE!!!!! As well, a bar and as an added bonus you can bring your doggos and order shake shack next door! They do have flatbreads, but we did not try them. This place is awesome, and I highly recommend it! No crazy, no wait times, and no BS!

Checked out Hoppin' River North for the first time for Home Alone trivia and really enjoyed the concept! It’s a self-serve taproom where you check in, get a wristband linked to your payment, and then pour your own beer, wine, or margaritas. You’re charged by the ounce, which is great for trying different things. The space was very clean and well-maintained. Just a heads-up: the food menu is limited to a few pricey items like flatbreads and large pretzels, and there are no free refills on soda. Despite that, we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Hoppin River is such a cool location. It’s going to be an amazing spot once all the construction is done. So many beautiful river pictures! I really hope they host some cool events in the future too! A great place to have them! I especially liked how easy parking was with two hours free and a really big lot. Always nice to have that option especially in Nashville! I didn’t get a drink this time when I went, but I’ll definitely be sure to try out some flavors and add to my review when I do. I’d definitely go back for the vibes alone!

Joining me for this review today is Jeff! See our attached vlog to see how you pour your own beers at Hoppin'. We loved the environment and visited on Music Bingo night. It's an open, airy space and has a great view overlooking the river. It's fun to scan the wristband and pick your beer, and to close out all you have to do is drop your wristband in a collection bin up at the front and they add a 20% tip. Remember all those frozen yogurt places that went under where you could pour your own froyo? It's like that. I liked being able to try half glasses before committing to a whole pint, which saves money as well. They also have a variety of great personal pizzas. There were street parking spots nearby with the first two hours free and Hoppin' has a QR code inside that adds another two hours free. Hoping they add even more local craft breweries as options. Overall had so much fun here!!
