My first time in Nashville, and I stayed at the Canopy in the Gulch to celebrate my birthday solo. I wanted to experience the atmosphere at Silo and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the pizza and was thoroughly impressed. Even more memorable was the exceptional service from my bartender and server, Michael. He crafted phenomenal drinks—perfectly balanced, refreshing, sexy and exactly what I was looking for. Michael made my birthday celebration feel truly special. I have rarely felt so welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of while traveling alone. He was friendly, attentive, and genuine—the kind of person who makes you want to come back again. Thank you, Michael, for making my birthday and Nashville experience such a memorable one. I look forward to returning!

So much potential. I came here because AI suggested it after my first pick was unexpectedly closed for maintenance. AI can still be wrong, folks. Skynet isn’t alive yet. That chicken “bowl” in the photo was $18. The only thing that made it a chicken bowl was the fact that it was indeed served, in a bowl. The chicken “bowl” wasn’t bad. It was just a toddler sized portion for $18. I know everything is expensive and nobody cares about our finances but come on. The beer, $8. I was low key rushed to pay by the outgoing bartender. The other one was obviously under the weather - for several days now - source: the bartender under the weather, talking to a patron. This place has potential too, it’s a cool spot. If only service was taken seriously. If only price for value was apparent. If in a pinch? Sure, make a visit. Otherwise there are other places within 1-2 blocks that are probably more worth your visit.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, setting the tone for a delightful meal. The food was absolutely delicious comforting, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Each dish felt crafted with care and balance, offering both satisfaction and a touch of indulgence. Our waiter Andres was amazing! This spot delivers not just great food, but a dining experience that leaves you wanting to return. I’ll definitely be back.

First visit here, and I loved it!! Love the atmosphere, and my server, Shubham, was great! The food was delicious, and that was one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had. My almond milk latte had the perfect balance and was creamy. I can’t wait to come back and try other dishes. I definitely found a new favorite!

Such a good find while walking around The Gulch! We were craving something fresh and light and ended up splitting the blackened fish tacos and Cobb salad both were so delicious. The tacos were perfectly seasoned & cooked. It with a homemade salsa that was amazinggg! I also got their iced matcha, and as a matcha lover, I was impressed.. it’s real ceremonial matcha, not the fake stuff. We also shared the beer pretzels with the infused beer cheese and loved those too. Service was quick, super friendly, and the manager even stopped by to greet us and told us everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients, which was the cherry on top for us! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Nashville.
