Graham's Grill 3

Just came in for drinks. The service was friendly and good. Nice clean place. Im sure the food was good it smelled amazing in there and there were a lot of people there eating.

The food was delicious... But it took 20 minutes to get our drinks, with literally only one other table of two and two people at the bar in the restaurant. When we got our drinks the person that greeted us and took our drink order brought out the wrong drink for my Dad.. Mind you this was his 69th birthday and Mom just died a year ago.. I didn't make a big deal out of it at all because it was Dad's Birthday day and yeah... Anyways; after we got our food we basically just ate and left. What was extra frustrating is that I went to the bathroom after we got our meal and I saw the kitchen staff (two dudes too young for the overall responsibility) joking around on the "Line" with music blasting. I've been IN the restaurant world for 20+ years so I know when a staff is messing around compared having innocent fun while on the job.

The only reason to go to Pueblo would be for Graham’s! I’ve been a couple of times and it’s always pretty good. The BBQ burger is amazing and I love their ceasars salad, they give a good portion of everything! I don’t have a picture, but their green chile fries are my favorite!!! I docked a star just due to them never really having a full staff? So waitress wasn’t around a lot but she’s always very nice!
