(from Google)Place: Perry’s Porch Server: Aaron Dining Experience: Perfection This establishment kept popping up on my algorithm on Instagram, so you know what that means — it’s the Universe telling me to go! My friend met me for dinner last night and from the first interaction with the hostess, to our dining experience with Aaron, the food, and the people watching…it simply got an A+. When I’m dining out, I need equal parts ambience, aesthetics, and the quality of food that hits my palate. The crispness of the Sauvignon Blanc was beautiful. For an appetizer we shared the crispy artichokes and trufflekopita. Both are a must try! They continuously give you a mouthful of flavor and are perfectly seasoned. For our entrees, we got the chicken francaise. The bucatini it was served on was delicious. For sides, we ordered roasted vegetables and OMGGGGGGG, get the Rosemary bread. The cherry on top was our service from Aaron and his recommendations on dishes and accompaniments. Superb all the way around - we will be back!
Perry’s Porch in St. Pete was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was stunning, inviting, and had the perfect vibe for a great night out. Everything we ordered was fantastic. The piña colada was refreshing and perfectly balanced, the baked oysters were absolutely delicious, and the Bucatini Bolognese was rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. But the real standout was the bread and butter—it is an absolute must-order and worth the visit on its own! Our waitress was amazing—attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience even better with her excellent service. Great food, great drinks, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Perry’s Porch has definitely earned a spot on my list of favorite restaurants in St. Pete, and I can’t wait to come back.
We were looking for a waterfront restaurant for lunch and this place fit the bill. Service was friendly and accommodating. The food was good and reasonable on price considering where you are. Only negative (and I am being picky), the Chop salad to me was miss named - more like a “Wop” salad but I don’t know if that’s PC anymore, so sorry if offending. But it’s not (to me) a Chop. Octopus was excellent as was the artichoke!
We were from out of town on a visit for our daughter’s dance competition. Kids wanted to try something with good atmosphere and vibe so we made a reservation the night before. We arrived a bit early but the hostess was able to seat without much wait. The ambience was very pleasant and the appetizers delicious ( bread and butter, crispy artichokes and corn and crab acanacini). We ordered pork chop and snapper as main dishes. Both were cooked well. Kids ordered burgers and they said it was delicious, it comes with fries which is perfectly seasoned and not too salty. Our server was very attentive and he kept our glasses full throughout the meal. He also brought out the lettuce and tomato for outlet daughter’s child’s burger upon her request, which is very appreciated. Overall our family had a great night at Perry’s porch and even were able to snap a few nice pictures.
Last night, our group decided to try Perry’s Porch at the St. Pete Pier. The location is 10/10, but the bread? That’s a whole different level. Our server, Jessica, was so kind and friendly. She looked us in the eye and told us we had to get the House Bread and Butter, saying it was 'to die for.' Let’s just say she’s a dangerous influence, and Jessica wasn't lying. That bread was so warm and perfectly stuffed I don’t know what they stuffed that bread with, but we definitely stuffed ourselves with it. It was so soft, warm, and savory! We had the Bucatini Bolognese: This dish is the move. The meat sauce was rich, and that torn burrata on top made it so creamy. It’s hearty, rich, and that pesto swirl gives it a fresh kick. I used the leftover house bread to clean the plate, no regrets. The Burger: A solid, classic and juicy choice it’s exactly what you need after a long stroll on the Pier. Overall, a great vibe and even better service. Don’t forget to get the bread!
