The Hangar Restaurant & Flight Lounge

What a cool place to eat at!! We got a table outside. We were able to see the runway and also the Bay where ships were coming and going. It was relaxing and enjoyable. Service was fabulous. Our food was so delicious! I am vegetarian and was very excited to see the variety of offerings for vegetables. I got the asparagus, squash and some Mac n cheese. All cooked and flavored to perfection. Which, is shockingly hard to find so major kudos to The Hangar! We can't wait to come back.

Service was good. Food was good. It was really cool watching the planes and helicopters take off while eating breakfast. Was kinda difficult finding parking.

Staff was very attentive and nice. It was really cool seeing the planes takeoff while having some drinks. I didn't try the food but it looked pretty decent, the drinks were delicious. The interior could be redone a little because it looks a bit old (specifically the furniture),but still everything was clean.

The food is excellent. It's definitely a comfort-style menu, with twists. We waited a bit to be seated, but once seated (on the deck) it was top notch service. Such a unique experience in watching the planes and helicopters land and taxi in. We will definitely return!

Stopped in at The Hanger for dinner tonight and so glad we did! We were greeted immediately by Barbara who was very welcoming! She found us a seat outside for a great view of planes and helicopters arriving and departing as well as boats passing by in the distance. Luckily Barbara was also our server. She helped us make appetizer and dinner selections and they were all fantastic! We started with the Hangar Nachos. Crunchy chips loaded with tender bbq drizzled with blueberry bbq sauce, smoked Gouda and pico. An awesome start to our meal! The salads were fresh, both the Hangar Hamburger and spicy chicken sandwiches were both cooked to perfection and both were served on soft, fresh baked bread. So many delicious choices on the menu and we are looking forward to returning to try them all out. Our dining experience was extra special with Barbara as our server. She was attentive, helpful, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. What an amazing ambassador Barbara is to The Hangar! We hope we see her at our next visit.
