Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux - Tampa (Midtown)

Love coming here for the all star food, league leading drinks and sports!!! Drinks never hit empty, Nat checked on us making sure we had everything!!! Having Natalie and Cora as our servers topped off another great championship visit here!!!

Another great experience at Walk*Ons! Per the usual, Natalie was attentive, helpful, and provided great service. We enjoyed the chips & queso — but be warned! For sensitive palates and tummies, this packs a bit more heat than you’d maybe expect. Great for my hubs, not so much for me lol He enjoyed a well-prepared Scholarship burger and I enjoyed the Ahi Tuna bowl (sauces on the side). Both were yummy and offered great portions. The food is consistently good — but the service continues to be the star of the show. We are always happy to have Natalie take care of us, despite how crowded or busy the bar may be. Don’t sleep on Walk*Ons! Good food and even greater service ⭐️

What started off as kinda bad turned into pretty good. We got sitting right away but apparently the waitress was cut and no body told our server she had a new table. 10 minutes later our waitress came, did great and food was pretty good. Everyone was happy in the end.

Only two issues; their waffle fries look like regular fries AND they use of “X” far too often in their signage. The service was prompt and awesome. Very friendly server. The non-waffle fries were tasty. My burger was yummy. My wife’s “little” burger was good. I guess you can get any burger in the small size. She had a salad. You need to try this place out.

Me and the crew needed a quick bite and I'm glad we made it. I looked over the menu and loved the Louisiana feel as explained by Angie, awesome food vibe. I had the shrimp 🍤 and fries 🍟 platter. Delicious hand battered shrimp and seasoned fries. Fantastic job from the chef and Angie with her A1 servicing. I look forward to my next visit when I'm back in FL.
