Shamrock's Ale House

What a shame, I’ve been coming to this establishment for two years now. It’s not the food that kept me coming back it was the easy in , easy out. @ lunch time. It was never too crowded. The staff was always welcoming and friendly with a smiling face. The food was par to begin with, but like I said it was not the food. They kept me here. It’s bar food. It’s not expected to be fine dining. A hamburger is A hamburger, A hotdog is hotdog the cheesesteak is pretty good. However, What makes me STOP coming here is the Decision to charge for condiments.. What a rip off.. If you want to change the price of your menu, that’s fine, raise the price of everything on the menu across the board. That way it’s not seen. But to gouge your Community & charge a dollar for every condiment is selfish and ridiculous & petty! You put ketchup on the table and you don’t charge for ketchup?? But if I ask you for a side of ranch dressing or a side of buffalo sauce, you wanna charge me a dollar!! Nope! 👎🏼 I won’t be back. You can keep you Condiments in your mediocre food I’ll find somewhere else.

Wrong order received what is this. Very gross. I demand a refund. Never again ordering from here. Waste of hard earned money. Straight to the trash with that garbage.

While in town for spring training and St Patrick's day☘️we stumbled on Shamrock ale house. They had a guitar player and in between sets Irish music. Inside was full so we sat outside. They had a service area for drinks and food. We ordered Bangers and mash.....Shepards pie and fish and chips. Along with some green beers and a Irish mule... The food was excellent, the crowd was fun.... Prices were very good ... Good time was had by all of us snow birds ....😆

Corned beef and cabbage was a big disappointment. Less than 4 oz of tough deli corned beef with enough potatoes and cabbage for 2. I complained about quality. Waiter offered to take it off my bill. I told GM or owner I would pay and he took my money he should have read between the lines I'll never be back.

I go to this place since it is close to my house, it had always passed by and it was never interesting to me, because I decided to go with my wife and when I arrived it was not full, it seemed like a not very busy Saturday and that's where the magic happened from the moment we entered. "SHRi" took great care of us and recommended good and exquisite dishesHe felt committed to the establishment and wanted us to have the best treatment and get the best opinion of this establishment, which turned out to be excellent
