Had a great time at Escape Brewing Company! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, with a great selection of beers and cocktails. Mike, our bartender, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and really knowledgeable. He made some great recommendations and made us feel right at home. The cocktails were excellent, and everything we tried was delicious. You can tell Mike genuinely enjoys taking care of his customers. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

Mike is an absolute animal behind the bar. So attentive and helpful. It was my first time at Escape and I don't think I want to go anywhere else. He was so informative and willing to walk through all the beers. Almost like a first date with how caring he was. Escape is absolutely lucky to have him.

Not only is this place beautiful but the staff is amazing! We went today for a party and Sarah, Mike and lex were very friendly and made delicious drinks. They made us feel welcome and really went above and beyond. I had their margarita and it was one of the best margaritas I've ever had you could tell the juices were fresh squeezed because I my stomach wasn't upset at all and it was delicious. My husband loved the 5 flags beer! Now let's get to the food it was absolutely delicious! I would absolutely recommend Escape brewing. It was also very family friendly we brought our little girl and she had a fun time and enjoyed the food and it was a nice place for families as well. Thank you for hosting us Escape Brewing!❤️

Was looking for a good Smashburger online and saw that Jimmy Renner’s had opened in The Collective. Went for lunch, but that was the only restaurant that was closed. 😫 First time to The Collective… what a great concept… it appears from other reviews that it has already gone through quite a few changes in the last year since the brewery opened. Ended up, ordering a ham and brie croissant sandwich from Little Lamb - it was pretty good… The croissant was a little dry and you could tell that they were pre-made as the entire sandwich was the same chill temperature - they just opened a week ago. I also ordered an orange Creamsicle doughnut from Florida Donut - it was tasty but not as much orange flavor as I had wanted. I definitely want to go back and try a beer, maybe in the evening to see what the vibe is like, and order a charcuterie board at Little Lamb — and eventually try that Smashburger!!!

I had a great time at Escape! The variety of food options was impressive—something for everyone. I sampled a little from each vendor, and the hamburger and fries ended up being my favorite. It was a bit hot inside, and the bright lights could be a bit overwhelming at times, but overall, it was an enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back!
