We love this place. We have been here for hanging out with our staff. We have been here with our family multiple times and it never disappoints. The level of service is incredible and they always go above and beyond to make sure the experience is top notch. Sierra during the day and Willis at night we are always cared for. Also the food is spectacular. But really we come back for the level of care that is put into everything. Thanks guys!

My family and I came in to Mendocino Farms for dinner on a Saturday evening around 7pm. The restaurant was not busy, so we were able to order right away. Most of the sides and a couple other items were sold out for the day. The menu also showed a few items are going away soon (last chance). Food: - Chimichurri Steak and Bacon Sandwich: delicious, I like the flavor of the chimichurri sauce and the toasted sesame roll. - Peruvian Steak Sandwich: wasn’t spicy, toasted potato roll was good, sauce was not as tasty as the chimichurri sandwich. - Roasted Tomato-Basil Soup: delicious blend of tomato and basil flavors, but neither is over-powering the other. - Thai Mango Salad: nice blend of veggies with ramen noodles underneath and crunch from the almonds and crispy shallots, Thai almond dressing was delicious. - Mendo’s Original Pork Belly Banh Mi Sandwich: nice twist on the traditional Vietnamese Banh mi sandwich was delicious with a nice blend of traditional and non-traditional flavors on panini-pressed ciabatta. Overall, a great place to get freshly made salads, soups and sandwiches with pleasant employees. You do need to wait 15 or so minutes (longer if busy) as everything is made to order. Update (2/13/2026): The kids were out with friends, so my wife didn’t want to cook dinner, so we decided on eating out for dinner today. She wanted something not too heavy, so I suggested Mendocino Farms for their delicious salads and sandwiches. We decided to order 1 salad and 1 sandwich and just split them between the both of us. It was about 8pm (2/13/2026) and there were a handful of customers eating there, waiting for togo orders and there were people coming in to pick up online orders. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. We decided to order the Thai Mango Salad and the Prosciutto & Chicken Sandwich (originally wanted the Chimichurri Steak & Bacon Sandwich, but they were out of steak for the night). The gentleman who took our order was very nice. He manned the register, brought food out to customers as well as cleaning duties when there wasn’t any customers placing orders. The manager was very attentive and overheard that we wanted to order a steak sandwich and quickly pointed out that they were out of steak for the night before we finished placing our order. The few tables that were we wanted to sit at were dirty, so my wife went to ask the gentleman at the register if someone can clean the tables and he promptly come over to wipe the tables down. Just as I was taking a picture of the sandwich before eating, the manager walked up to our table and apologized for being out of steak and the dirty tables. She also offered 2 free entree coupons for next visit which was not necessary, but greatly appreciated. She said she will be there working again tomorrow if we wanted to come back so she can make things right. The food is always fresh and delicious here. They have nice drink options to fountain drinks such as lemonade, passion fruit black tea, pomegranate mint lemonade, guava lemonade and get your greens drink. Their motto is “Be Happy” and “treat people with kindness.” The manager was seen talking to other customers as well to make sure things were good and people were happy. Props to the staff today for upholding the Mission, Purpose and Values of the company!

Solid sandwiches and soups! They were both hearty and full. Their drinks are amazing! There's no sodas in their drink machines. All their drinks are healthy and not too sweet. It's refreshing! There are vegetarian/vegan options. You can also switch out the bread for gluten free options. There are options for kids meals. My toddler enjoyed her Peanut butter jelly sandwich. If you're a health nut (or have an almond mom), I highly recommend coming here! I'll be back! 😊

I had the half sandwich and soup combo of the "Not so fried" chicken. It was moist and super delicious! The gingersnap cookies are soft and not too sweet, true perfection! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking this place out! I will definitely be coming back!

So good! We got the Thai Mango Salad which was delicious! My husband said it was the best salad he’s ever had. We also got the Peruvian Steak sandwich. It was really really good! Lots of steak, a little spicy and bread was toasted perfectly, which hit the spot. Also got the Get Your Greens drink, again, so good!! The staff was amazing and very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be regulars from now on!
