Summer Ramen & Sushi

My sister and I went to Summer Ramen & Sushi Thursday, June 18 . The place was super clean, looked amazing, and our server was incredibly sweet! The only thing that really upset me about the service was the hostess . Me and my sister are polite people who always respect service workers, but she was incredibly cold. No greeting, no smile, just silence from her . When we said thank you, she didn't even acknowledge it. She just walked us to the table, gave us menus, and left. I never leave reviews but her unfriendliness really does not make sense compared to the rest of the good service we had after . Please be kind to strangers who are kind to you , it's the least you can do , you have no idea what some people are going through. Food was good !! ❤️🫶🏻

Some sushi places try too hard to look fancy and forget the most important part: the food. This place actually delivers both. I’ve been here around 5 times already, and the quality has stayed surprisingly consistent every visit. The sushi tastes fresh, the ingredients don’t feel cheap, and the presentation honestly looks like something from a much pricier restaurant. The Ramen was also excellent — rich flavor without being overwhelming, fresh toppings, and perfectly balanced. One thing I appreciated is that the restaurant feels clean and well maintained. Not just the tables, but the overall atmosphere. Modern, warm, calm, and actually enjoyable to sit down and eat in without feeling rushed. The staff has always been friendly and attentive, and they also have a really solid selection of non-alcoholic drinks, which is nice because a lot of sushi places completely ignore that part of the menu. Even the takeout experience is thoughtful. They give you a reusable personalized bag instead of the typical cheap plastic bag everyone throws away. Small detail, but it says a lot about the effort they put into the experience. At the end of the day, this is one of those rare spots where the food looks good, tastes good, the prices are reasonable, and the experience actually matches the hype. I opted for extra pork and extra noodles, and the result was an incredibly hearty and filling meal. The katsu was prepared well, providing that perfect crunch alongside the rich broth. Value: For the price, the portion sizes are excellent. You definitely feel like you’re getting your money’s worth here. ​Pro Tip: While the broth was flavorful, I found it needed a little extra salt to really make the flavors pop. A quick splash of soy sauce did the trick perfectly and brought the whole dish together. ​ ​Beyond the ramen, you absolutely have to try their shrimp steamed dumplings (Shumai). They were, in a word, amazing. They arrived perfectly steamed with a delicate texture and fresh flavor—the ideal way to start your meal. Whether you're there for a quick lunch or a massive dinner, this place delivers on both taste and value. Just remember to keep the soy sauce handy if you like a saltier profile!

So delicious!!! This was our first time going and we are so glad we did! The sushi was fresh and delicious! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Very family friendly. The prices were good and the service was superb! This is a must try! We will be back for sure!!

Spacious with comfortable seating. At the moment, they're not serving alcohol due to a change in liquor license (?), and no nyob. We've * soft shell crab * Sushi sashimi combo * Salmon lover All is good, except the seaweed on the tuna sushi is old, and the yellowtail (hamachi) sashimi has tough connective tissue (?) that is unchewable. The cushions are comfortable for back support. Plastic tableware and disposable chopsticks. The complimentary cucumber dish has a pleasant spicy kick, which is appreciated. A child is running around the dining area.
